What kind of oil do you use for mayo?

I used olive oil here's the recipe:
1 farm fresh egg
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2T. raw apple cider vinegar (I only use 1)
1 cup extra light tasting olive oil
combine first 4 ingredients and 1/4 cup of the oil blend on low speed as you add the rest of the oil.

Cool, thanks! I am going to try it. I have tried using different oils but somehow the flavor always sneaks through. Coconut mustard... yuck!

Hi Peggy!

They are doing great! I will start saving their fiber and spin it for you. Do you need a specific amount? Right now all of my yarn goes here: http://ambikaboutique.com/friendlyfurs.html and my yarn is used in her products.
